Polina "Polly" McLaughlin is the eldest daughter of a male witch named Patrick McLaughlin and a mortal woman named Adriana Evans. She has a youngest sister named Pamela McLaughlin but after their mother divorced and their father, Patrick was killed by a mysterious thing and Polly wants to find out who killed her father. She and Pam were raised by their paternal grandmother, Penny McLaughlin who is also a witch and had Telekinesis power.

Powers and Abilities

Active Powers:

Pyrokinesis - The ability to create and manipulate fire at will. It can be channelled through the mind or hands. This is Poppy's Wiccan power.

• Fire Throwing: The ability to project jets of flame from the hands, capable of completely immolating even high-level demons. Witches can also possess this ability.
• Pyromancy: The ability to spy on others by looking into the fire to gather information on someone.
• Thermokinesis: The ability to mentally control and manipulate heat, encompassing the power and ability to boil and superheat things to scalding temperatures.

Fading - The ability to move from one place to another without travelling through the space in between. The power to fade is possessed by various magical beings, both good and evil and can take on various appearances. This is Polly's second power that she gained in season 2.
